Finally He Talks Tea

After a wonderful lunch, Marc and I go outside and he lets me in on several insights to Jiaogulan. Some key points I took away with me is that this tea was officially first studied to be used as an alternative sweetener before discovering all of the amazing health qualities people have come to love- such as antioxidants, gypenosides, and adaptogens. I also learned that the tea is affectionately called both the Tea of Immortality AND Poor Man’s Ginseng!

What’s In A Name(s)?

Tea of Immortality: Because it was discovered that the people living within the Guizhou Province, had a history of living to a very old age with remarkably less chronic conditions. Everyone was trying to figure out what is was.. the beautiful location? special meditation exercises? but several surrounding Providences had all of these characteristics. Finally they discovered the missing ingredient… the Guizhou people were regularly infusing this special delicate vine leaf and consuming it daily!

Poor Man’s Ginseng: Because it is a much less expensive AND easier way to enjoy several of the benefits of Ginseng. It contains several of the same putative adaptogenic effects. Its chemical make up include the saponins gypenosides which are closely structurally related to the ginsenosides from the well-known medicinal plant ginseng.

The One Problem You Must Know Before You Even Consider To Make The Decision To Buy Jiaogulan

There are a lot of people that think the action with our wellness is simply buying the latest piece of exercise equipment or supplement. I personally know a lot of these people.. Heck I used to be one of these people. I would buy the latest supplement and then would be too lazy to even swallow the pill once or twice a morning!!

It gets worse. Way worse. I would then get either mad at myself OR the company that I purchased it from saying that it did not work! :)

If this sounds all too familiar, then you absolutely must resolve to commit to following through on your end to actually USE this tea on a DAILY basis, and within 6 to 10 weeks you will SEE and FEEL Amazing.

Now The Good News. If you can commit to that, the good news is that we have committed to you to ensure your success with specific strategies and vehicles to ensure your Jiaogulan intake is optimal.

This Is What I Did For You

From working in the health and wellness industry for over 5 years now, I can tell you that the BIGGEST challenge is, making a True Lifestyle Change. What do I mean by that? Well when you start to do a new habit to the point that it is the same as brushing your teeth in the morning (you don’t emotionally think about if you are or aren’t going to brush your teeth right? you just do it b/c it is ingrained in you).. that is when things start to stick and amazing transformations happen.

Brush Your Teeth. Keeping with that theme, we created the Magic Vine Tea Formula System, that also includes 2 other forms of Jiaogulan Tea, one in pure capsule form and the other one has me through the roof! You see we are giving you a full training video that shows you how to create your own extractions and tinctures right at home!

This video will have you participating in your own health and wellness, it’s like growing your own little garden (but without getting your hands dirty and though carrots are cool, they have never been attributed to an entire Providence living into their late nineties with brilliant radiance!).

I’m also going to send you some cool bonuses to help out with this tincture process so that it now has everything you need to become an extraction master!

Here Is What I Am Going To Give You

(we went to discover the best Jiaogulan, now we show you the best system so that you can begin seeing dramatic changes in your life now and forever).

Jiaogulan Magic Vine Tea Formula

The Magic Vine Tea Formula System Video

In this video I show you how to make your own Jiaogulan extract and tinctures so that you can begin to travel with your Jiaogulan and experience what I call the “Jiaogulan Bliss” when super dosing the extracts.

This video covers basic extraction techniques and best practices, alcohol to water ratios, liquid to jiaogulan ratios, and storing and caring for your tinctures. It then delves into ways to “burn off” the alcohol before ingesting giving those the option to consume very little alcohol intake while still enjoying the benefits and convenience of home tincturing.

I found this is my favorite way to enjoy Jiaogulan tea because I participated with the creation. There are many Jiaogulan companies that sell extractions but because you only see the final extraction, many use substandard Jiaogulan.

The fact that you are going to do this, makes it so much more enjoyable AND you feel good knowing you are using the best Jiaogulan out there for your extractions!

100 Grams of The Best Jiaogulan Tea I Have Ever Tasted. (that’s 100 servings!)

This is the exact tea that I flew to Thailand to get, and now I am bringing it to you to enjoy yourself. It will be like going to Thailand in every cup, except you don’t have to take Tuk-Tuks to now get it.

Please note that not all Jiaogulan is created equal. And certainly not all of Jiaogulan tastes equal. I tried several different varieties from several different people before seeking out this specific variety.

Remember this is the 5 leaf pentaphyllum jiaogulan and because it is grown in the delicate mountains of Chiang Mai offers a more balanced cup.

A Full Bottle of our Pure Jiaogulan Leaf Veggie-Capsules (that’s 100 capsules)

Made from the same Premium Jiaogulan Tea Leaves. There is no filler and 100% pure Jiaougalan leaf. I personally take these capsules during the afternoon to supplement my hot tea preparations I do in the morning and the extract drops I do in the evening before yoga.

Though preparing the Jiaogulan and extract are a lot more hands on, and therefore, in my opinion, better in terms of connecting with the foods we eat, there is no denying the ease of use of the capsules.

Another benefit is that, unlike the tea and extract, the complete Jiaogulan leaf and delicate vine stems are encapsulated and gets assimilated into the body which is a nice complement that rounds out this experience.

*Special Bonus Section When You Order On The Day Of The Launch (Ends Midnight EST March 31st)*

Here Are The Bonuses That I Am Going To Give You

-> Bonus #1: Extraction Tincuture Kit ($17 Value)

This one got me really excited as I was not sure if it was gonna come through! Everything you need to make your extractions at home is included (except the alcohol, which by the way should only be used if you are of age young man!).

  1. Glass amber light resistant extraction jar with lid for your extraction to, well, uh, extract.
  2. Glass amber light resistant 1oz tincture with glass eyedropper, perfect for when your extraction is complete and ready for servings.
  3. HUGE muslin filter, this acts as a renegade “hand powered” press when extracting the Jiaogulan, so that you get all of the gypenosides available.
  4. Extraction chart featuring already calculated alcohol proof to water ratios, saving you time and humility figuring out the math… this alone is worth the whole kit :)

-> Bonus #2: Jiaogulan Recipes Revealed Video ($27 Value)

Jiaogulan Recipes

  1. Featuring the Jiaogulan Green Smoothie Recipe. First of its Kind!
  2. How to brew Jiaogulan Kombucha. Yep – believe it or not there is a right way and a wrong way. This mainly has to do with the different densities of Jiaogulan vine and the traditional camellia sinensis tea plant.
  3. The best ways to use Jiaogulan tea for topical use.
  4. Jiaogulan stir fry recipe
  5. Much, Much More…
Fair Warning: I figured everything else on this page was written with big bold fonts, so to relate the importance of this I decided to change it up with this small typing. Do not let the size fool you of the significance of what you are about to read.  Just like last time, I only ordered 100 Jiaogulan Systems (gotta love custom restrictions and me being a stickler for fresh small batches of the best jiaogulan ever).  I was able to get a few extra kilos of just the Jiaogulan vine leaves which we will have up on our site in the next month or so, but as far as kits go we now only have 83.

The official launch date is
Thursday, March 31st at 1pm
EST – and yes it will be crazy awesome!

There you have it guys! Hopefully you can see by now that we have poured our heart and soul into this and really want it to be something special for you! Have a super duper weekend.

Dave :)

Thank you

Lauren Sherwood June 24, 2010 at 1:05 pm

Are you recommending Jiaogulan instead of Kombucha, or along with?

Linda Muir June 24, 2010 at 1:07 pm

What is this? are you giving up your K tea? Why not just fix it so the stores are happy? Are you giving up??? just sayin

Matt June 24, 2010 at 1:31 pm

Where do I sign up to be on the list? Is Jiaogulan another name for gynostemma tea? I would ahve signed up earlier had I known, see it in the url above.

Paul June 24, 2010 at 8:34 pm

This tea sounds very promising if used in a balanced manner…
But please be advised that “There is not one thing in the world that is absolute.” Everything, including herbs, has a positive side and a negative side. It has been shown that ingesting large single doses of “ginsenosides” produces a very direct action and will have strong side-effects if used alone and not properly balanced in a formula.

admin June 24, 2010 at 9:22 pm

Hi Paul,

I agree that there is no such thing as a one size fits all, but please note that though Jiaogulan is very similiar to the ginsenosides found in ginseng, it is a different herb (well actually vine), and it a whole food.. so it is not like a synthetic extraction of one particular chemical compund. Hope this helps!

admin June 24, 2010 at 9:24 pm

Hi Linda,

No one is giving up! Jiaogulan is another awesome product that can give your kombucha a boost OR be enjoyed in several ways as described in full awesome video with your purchase of the Magic Vine Tea Formula.

Thanks for the support!

Dave

admin June 24, 2010 at 9:26 pm

I am recommending it as a compliment for a few reasons:

1) kombucha needs minerals to attach itself to to become akaline in the body (ie, kombucha alone is actually a weak acid)
2) jiaogulan is a Yin adaptogen (opposite of kombucha and ginseng which is a yang adaptogen) – this will help balance everything in the system
3) it tastes awesome!
4) another goodie to add to your longevity tool box!

admin June 24, 2010 at 9:27 pm

No caffeine baby! how cool is that! :)

Stephanie June 25, 2010 at 3:57 am

Could this help someone with MS?

Gigi Andrade June 25, 2010 at 10:13 am

Where can we get a “magic vine” plant?

Kristin June 26, 2010 at 4:35 am

I would love seeds to try a plant also, or a vine. Are there seeds in the tea? I would love to try the tea also… what fun– and great way to teach people how to create their own tinctures for healrh.

Rafael Ponce June 27, 2010 at 9:20 am

IAm I too late? i really would like to ascquire the information and the product.Blessings and best wishes

Jessica December 8, 2010 at 6:56 pm

wait.. dave I am confused… you say the launch date is December 16th.. but why do I see comment back from June? I really want to get this but I am not sure if I missed it or not.. I do not even see a buy button?

=========================

DAVE’S RESPONSE

Hi Jessica,

The last time we launched this product was way back in June (we only want to provide the freshest straight from the farm Jiaogulan for you).. it sold out in less than 22 hours! So the comments are from that last launch. The BUY Button will go live on Thursday December 16th at 11am EST to our Kombucha Subscribers! Good Luck!

juliana December 9, 2010 at 6:32 am

Hey Dave :)
thank you for all you do..
so, how much is it, and do you deliver to canada? (and if you do, how much is the shipping)
Juliana

KENNETH BRYANT December 9, 2010 at 7:29 am

HELLO….. DAVE WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT VAPORIZING THE Jiaogulan IN A VAPORIZER ………. AND INHALING THE VAPOR . WOULD THAT BE A GOOD WAY TO GET THE BENEFITS OF JIAOGULAN . REGARDS …KENNY

====================
DAVE’S RESPONSE

Wow, Kenneth. That’s some next level stuff right there! I should be good to go.. I would have to research the vapor point of Jiaogulan so that we know what temp you could get the gynpenosides to release before the smoke does. If you decide to do this, let me know how your experience was and we will post it for the community!

Sam December 9, 2010 at 8:58 am

Yes! Dave.. I heard David Wolfe (what’s the deal with guys named Dave who are rock stars in the health and wellness biz?) speak about this at his Longevity Now Conference a few months ago… it is funny cause that guy (who I absolutely love) is usually the dude known for the cutting edge stuff.. but I think you get the credit this time.

I never met you bro but I really love the way you Walk the Talk (not that many real people out there now a days!).

tracy December 9, 2010 at 9:00 am

I can not tell if you are one of the most brilliant marketers out there on the internet or one of the most likable most enthusiastic people I have even come across?

Either way, I have been a very happy customer of your for years and will be waiting (I am sure with hundreds of others) on Dec 16th to get my system!

Tracy

DAVE’S RESPONSE

both? :)

Alicia Lamb December 9, 2010 at 11:28 am

Dave,
cut to the chase..all this info and I don’t see the link to cut the line. must drink more kombucha to keep my strength up to keep sifting through all this information. oh and thanks, you rock.

=========
DAVE’S RESPONSE

ha ha.. yes the cut the line had to be taken down b/c we already had a full list and it would not be fair for the people who missed out 6 months ago and signed up on the list not to be 100% gauraunteed that that will get it.. but last time we only sold out till after we opened it up to everyone on our kombucha list.. it DID sell out before we opened it up to the public, so if you want to ensure yourself you get a chance at it, I would def make sure you are on our kombucha list.

Rosemary December 9, 2010 at 5:48 pm

Is Marc married? I find him attractive, ok… I said it! I’m waiting for lightning to strike me, oh no…

===========================
DAVE’S RESPONSE

Ha ha.. I will be sure to pass that on, however Marc is married :) (hey I’m not though!)

Blossom December 10, 2010 at 9:55 am

I am very interested in learning more and how to obtain this product. I have just learned the wonderful effects of kombucha and have been drinking it daily either as the original brew or in Yogi tea (Green Tea Kombucha). I feel amazing. I am interested in helping my aging parents and relatives. If the Jiaogulan is the same stuff that I have been using it is wonderful but if it is different then I am interested in obtaining some to try. I have degenerative disc disorder and would love to stop that process and get life going on in me and my peeps. Thank you for any help you can or will give. I have no $ but a will to not only survive but to succeed. Thanks again!

Diana Turner December 10, 2010 at 11:36 am

Hi Dave,
Appreciate your acknowledgment of how crazy insane the Universe works and that we need to stay gratefully humble! That alone makes me want to support what ever you’ve tapped into, so I’m in for the “cut the line list”. Where do we sign up? Someone else couldn’t find the link either.

The only concern I have about this “new” health tool is that you list the side effects and how they might affect others taking scrips. Relate the whole story, not just the good stuff, we deserve that.

Please send the direct link to sign up for Dec 16th to all of us, k?

Again, awesome job in following your passion and conviction! Gives me great inspiration to do the same. That alone is the great work you do, inspire others to live their dreams!!! Rock on Dave!

==========================================
DAVE’S RESPONSE

Unfortunately the cut the line email list was up until a few weeks ago.. we had to take it down b/c it would not be fair for the people who signed up for the cut the line list 6 months ago after we sold out.. but last time we did not sell out to the cut the line list.. about 60% was sold and then the other 40% was sold from the getkombucha list.. so as long as you can purchase around 11am EST you should be good to go!

Nancy LIpshutz December 10, 2010 at 7:14 pm

I am very curious about this tea. The idea of boosting one’s immune system and adding more antioxidants to our daily routine is a win-win
for everyone. I can’t wait to try it.

Jessica December 11, 2010 at 6:41 am

Would it be possible to let us know how much this glorious packat is going to cost. Remember most of us are on a budget. I need to prep for this purchase. Thanks!

admin December 12, 2010 at 4:03 pm

Yep.. we are gonna have the price shown tomorrow along with the FAQs!

Dave December 12, 2010 at 4:09 pm

unsure how to get what you are promising as there is no link to order. Do we just pay shipping or what? I looked as long at links and didn’t find.

Jack March 24, 2011 at 9:11 am

I looked everywhere and I give up – how do you order the
Jiaoqulan kit?

Michelle Regnier March 24, 2011 at 11:10 am

Where do I sign-up for The Cut The Line List now that Dec. 16th is way past & I await the March 31st sale online (somewhere) via the Buy Now button…..where do I access this button?
Dave, you have not said yet, when inquired, as to whether or not a full plant and/or seeds will come with the kit from which we can grow our own…..Also, you have not said what the price is…please do so so we can alot our budgets.
—In Sincere Appreciation for all you and your associates in Well Health…..

Ronald March 24, 2011 at 11:14 am

I have been looking for the last few days, and have even gone back further but have yet to see a link for ordering the Jiaoqulan kit!!!!!!!!

Danespo March 24, 2011 at 11:20 am

Hey Dave,
I’m perhaps your newest client, as I wait for my Kombucha equipment to arrive. I ‘d like to try this tea, and have enjoyed ginseng in the past. So, why not let’s give it a shot. Will need the price and all the other stuff in order to place my order. Do appreaciate your enthusiasm and will to succeed. Peace!

John March 24, 2011 at 2:22 pm

For those asking where is the “Cut the Line” list here is a quote from the Admin that was posted back in Dec

“Unfortunately the cut the line email list was up until a few weeks ago.. we had to take it down b/c it would not be fair for the people who signed up for the cut the line list 6 months ago after we sold out.. but last time we did not sell out to the cut the line list.. about 60% was sold and then the other 40% was sold from the getkombucha list.. so as long as you can purchase around 11am EST you should be good to go!”

Mary March 24, 2011 at 2:22 pm

Hi Dave, I admire and enjoy your purpose and enthusiasm. I am very interested in prevention instead of cure. And natural and nutritional healing. I applaud your diligence, outlook and attitude. God Bless You!
Go Dave!!!

Mary March 24, 2011 at 2:57 pm

I just listened to Marc’s explanation of Jiaogulan. He mentioned that it grew in the mountains where it would be watered by the mountain springs. My guess is that this tea in addition to all it’s other benefits, is that it is very high in mineral content. It’s very possible that Jiaogulan could loose some or much of it’s Helpfulness if not grown in mineral rich soil. I just found a tape by Dr.Joel Wallach, which I had misplaced for some time. It was an awesome reminder, that we need 90 nutrients a day if we want to live to be 100 to 140 years old! He has very noteworthy credentials. Also look up Dr. Li who lived to be 256!

Dave March 27, 2011 at 1:06 am

great comments Mary.. this was one of the reasons why I went to Thailand personally to connect and import from Marc. There are TONS of trace minerals in Jiaogulan. You would be amazed how many of us are deficient in trace minerals and it is especially important for those that drink kombucha b/c the weak acids in kombucha bind to trace minerals to create the ph alkaline effect.

wow.. someone lived to 256?

Dave March 27, 2011 at 1:07 am

Thank you so much for the kudos Mary! I LOVE our community!!

Dave March 27, 2011 at 1:10 am
